small room poor cleaning
i was a little let down by a couple of things. the room was quite small. it felt a bit basic considering the price i paid and the room cleaning wasn't great either. i really think they could improve on these points.

helpful staff lovely setting well supplied room
i found the staff helpful. they gave heaps of tips, which i took (and it really paid off!). the breakfast had a lovely setting. the room itself was set up beautifully and well supplied.

Charming stay
helpful staff many pillows great bonus
The staff was helpful. They did assist me with my luggage upstairs. The room had several pillows. As someone who needs many pillows, I found having six in the room a great bonus.
When I entered the room, it felt small. I had luggage and could barely open doors to the bathroom. I think the room was too small for comfort.

Fantastic location and helpful staff!
amazing recommendations local restaurants
The location is fantastic. I walked everywhere. The receptionist gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I appreciated that I could park my bicycle in the courtyard. The room decor was a nice touch!
My room was right next to reception and a storage area. It was fairly tired looking, with dust on the lamps.

The staff had great English skills and communicated with me effectively. The receptionist was very friendly and offered assistance with carrying bags to my room. I found this assistance so nice!!!

The beds were comfortable. I fell asleep fast after a long day of walking. I really liked the coffee in the room. They provided a book with useful recommendations too!
